DELIVERY

We ship all over the world. The shipping charge depends on your delivery country and your purchase amount. Find your delivery zone below and see the shipping charges – as well as how much you need to order for to qualify for free shipping.

If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days form receiving your order. Please see below for estimated delivery times.

GLS – home delivery

The order will be delivered between 08.00 and 16.00. It is not possible to arrange a more specific interval for delivery.

If no one is home to sign for your parcel when GLS attempts to make the delivery, and no drop-off point has been arranged, the driver will usually return the parcel to the depot after leaving a card with the parcel number and a contact telephone number.

Simply call GLS at the number on the card, state the parcel number, and tell GLS which alternative suits you best – for example redirection to a different address or to a GLS ParcelShop.

CANCELLATION

It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Normally orders are sent 1-2 business days after you place the order. Contact us and we will help you.

RETURN POLICY

You are entitled to cancel your order for any reason whatsoever within 14 days. This right expires 14 days after you or a person suggested by you takes physical possession of the item in question.

Please note that the customer has to pay for return delivery costs.

The parcel must be trackable to provide documentation that it was sent. This means that it is not sufficient to simply post it using a postage stamp.

If you exercise your right to cancel your purchase under these conditions, we will refund the purchase price (excl. delivery fee) no later than 7 days from the date when we receive your parcel with the filled-out return slip with information about your decision to cancel the purchase.

We return the amount to the card that was used to pay for the item unless you request otherwise. We do not charge you a fee for this refund.

We may retain the refund until we have received the returned items, or until we have received documentation that the item was returned, whatever comes first.

If the item was purchased using a gift certificate, the refund will be in the form of a new gift certificate.

Most of our shipments are handled by www.UPS.com. When your order is packed and on its way, you will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number and an estimated date of the delivery.

 

GLS Erhverv (Business)

If you choose GLS Erhverv (GLS Business), GLS will deliver your parcel directly to your place of work.

Delivery with GLS Erhverv takes place in the daytime, between 08.00 and 16.00, on weekdays. There must be someone present during these hours to sign for the parcel

 

GLS – home delivery

Since many people are away from home during the daytime, when the delivery firm attempts to make deliveries, we have not made this delivery form our primary option.

The order will be delivered between 08.00 and 16.00. It is not possible to arrange a more specific interval for delivery.

You may arrange for GLS to drop the parcel off at a specific location at your home address. GLS offers four options, which are presented in the web shop at checkout.
